QueryAttribute

Turns a static void Run(ref A a, in B b, in Tick t) method into a chunk-batched system. ref component parameters are writes, in parameters reads; the read/write sets go to the scheduler, so non-conflicting systems run in parallel. Optional parameters: Entity, in Tick, ref Rng, ref Commands, and ResourceAttribute structs.
