GPU environment message

The Vulkan loader, a layer or the driver reported something about the environment rather than about Ara's API use (for example an implicit layer from another program). It is informational, never counted as a validation warning/error, and emitted once per exact message in a process. A stable diagnostic key groups the same message from editor/player/worker processes in the session's Console.

#Common causes

• Third-party implicit layers (overlays, capture tools) loaded into the process.
• An outdated loader or layer manifest on the machine.

#Fixes

• Usually nothing; disable the third-party overlay if the message repeats or a crash follows.

• Update the Vulkan SDK and GPU driver.
