Invalid locale identifier

A locale identifier could not be parsed by ICU's locale parser. The table or locale-dependent operation is rejected before a normalized locale can be used; this code currently identifies locale parsing failures specifically.

#Common causes

• A table locale, source locale, fallback or requested locale contains malformed locale syntax.

#Fixes

• Replace the value named in the message with a valid locale identifier such as en, en-US or ar, then reload the table or retry the request.
