Obsolete localization key

A target locale contains a key absent from the source table. This parity warning does not remove the entry or block publication by itself.

#Common causes

• A source key was removed or renamed while its old translation remained.
• The target table contains a key that was never added to the source locale.

#Fixes

• Apply the attached l10n.remove command for the obsolete message record.

• If the key is intentional, add its source entry with l10n.put so source and target tables agree.
