State tree is stuck

A running brain has stayed in one leaf state longer than the configured stuck time while its finishing tasks completed or a task failed, and no transition fired. Evidence lists the active states, tasks and the transitions it is waiting on.

#Common causes

• The state has no on done / on failed transition, or its conditions can never become true.
• A task failed and nothing handles the failure.

#Fixes

• Add on done -> <State> or on failed -> <State>, or fix the transition conditions listed in the evidence.
