NPC cannot reach its move target

A running AI agent reported that navigation cannot take it where its behaviour wants to go. The report carries the active state path, task statuses and the navigation issue as JSON evidence, with the entity as subject.

#Common causes

• The goal is in a disconnected region, outside the baked surface, or behind areas the agent's filter forbids.
• The agent itself is off the navmesh, its profile has no published mesh, or its dimensions exceed the bake clearance.
• A moveTo task failed because its target expression was unset or unreachable.

#Fixes

• Run ara why on the agent to see the navigation issue, then fix NavMeshSurface bounds, area costs/masks or add the missing link.

• Bake a mesh for the agent's NavAgentType profile, or reduce NavAgent radius/height to fit it.

• Make the behaviour handle failure with on failed -> <State>.
