Physics operation failed
A PhysicsError has been converted to a structured diagnostic. The requested physics operation failed without editing authoring documents. An ECS boundary failure is sticky in PhysicsStatus; it is not a guarantee that earlier runtime work in that boundary was rolled back.
Common causes
- Physics configuration, shapes or body roles are invalid, such as a nonpositive fixed interval or a
RigidBodywithoutCollider. PhysicsIdis zero, duplicated or missing for a body intent or joint connection.- A snapshot's topology, fixed interval or backend configuration differs from the target world, or the backend rejects a requested feature or native operation.
Fixes
Correct the condition named in the message: use a finite positive fixed interval, valid body/collider roles and unique nonzero
PhysicsIdvalues.Resolve runtime intents and joint connections to existing bodies by stable identity.
Before restoring, reconstruct the checkpoint's matching world topology and configuration; inspect the session's
PhysicsStatusbefore allowing simulation to continue.Code:
