Invalid overlay layer

An overlay layer is already open, positioned invalidly, or not mounted under the UI root.

#Common causes

• The same popup opened twice.
• A <popover> with an unknown placement, an at that is not x,y, or a bad offset.

#Fixes

• Close a layer before reopening it; mount overlays under the root.

• Write placement='bottom-start', at='120,48' and offset='4'.
