Invalid virtual list request

A virtualized tree or table was given duplicate keys, a wrong column count, a non-finite scroll, or more rows than its pool.

#Common causes

• Keys collide in the source model.
• The mount target scroll node is not empty.

#Fixes

• Give every row a unique key; mount virtual views into empty scroll nodes.
