The UI markup is not well-formed, so no element tree was built and nothing from this source is shown.

#Common causes

• A tag is unclosed, misnested or closed twice.
• An attribute value is unquoted or a character is not escaped.

#Fixes

• Fix the reported line and column; close every element in order.

• Escape <, & and quotes in text with escape().
