Listener beyond max distance

The listener is at or beyond the source's AudioSource.maxDistance, where distance attenuation is zero.

#Common causes

• maxDistance is too small for where the sound must be heard.
• The listener or source position is not where the scene expects (wrong transform or camera).

#Fixes

• Raise AudioSource.maxDistance (the fix proposes 1.25× the current distance).

• Move the source or check the listener's camera transform.
