Material variant budget exceeded

The Cartesian product of static boolean switches exceeds variant_budget. Each static switch doubles the declared combinations, including switches not currently selected by an instance. Checking blocks shader generation; the authoring draft may remain editable.

#Common causes

• Too many parameters are declared static for the configured budget.
• The budget was reduced below the material's declared combination count.

#Fixes

• Make parameters ordinary runtime parameters where compile-time specialization is unnecessary.

• After reviewing compile cost, apply the attached material.budget.set command to raise the budget to the reported combination count.
