Project template needs setup

hub.create refused a template because third-party files pinned by its assets.lock.json or required generated kit files are missing or incomplete. The samples keep third-party binaries and generated kits out of git; the Hub shows the same setup message on the template tile and refuses creation before writing the project.

#Common causes

• The sample's third-party art was never downloaded, or a download was interrupted.
• The checkout has not run the sample kit generator, or a generated source, glTF buffer or texture is missing.
• The engine package was built on a machine that had not fetched the sample art.

#Fixes

• In an Ara source checkout, run the command in the message (ara-samples fetch <sample>), then create the project again.

• After fetching art, run cargo run -p ara-samples -- kits <sample> for missing kits, then create the project again. Installed templates ship their generated kits.

• Pick another template, such as blank.
