Project type definitions changed

A watched *.types.json file changed on disk. The running daemon keeps its existing Schema DB; it reports this warning rather than hot-reloading project types.

• A project's type-definition file was modified or removed after the host started.

#Fixes

• Run ara schema to validate the definitions on disk, then restart the daemon with ara serve to load them.

• Refresh ara_schema or MCP tools/list after reconnecting so subsequent edits use the new schema.
