Document save failed

The host could not atomically write a changed document to disk. Its in-memory changes remain, and the document is put back on the pending-write list for a later flush. The file has not been confirmed saved at the current revision.

#Common causes

• Write permissions, a locked file, missing access or insufficient disk space blocked the temporary-file write or rename.

#Fixes

• Restore write access and disk space for the named path, then allow the running host to retry its pending flush.

• Check session.status and ara logs to confirm the file is saved before closing the host.
