External document change observed

A new document was loaded, or an external edit was merged into the loaded document as a human transaction. At startup this code also reports a file changed while no host was running: disk is kept as authoritative, and a warning explicitly says when newer journaled edits were not replayed onto it.

#Common causes

• Another editor saved a valid document or created a new one.
• A file changed while the host was stopped and no longer matches its journaled flush hash.

#Fixes

• Nothing to fix for an expected clean change; inspect it with ara inspect and ara history.

• If the message says journaled edits were not replayed, compare the disk document and retained history, then reapply only the missing intended changes with ara_apply.
