Project lock already held

Another process holds the project's .ara/lock. A second host cannot open the project; the current owner may be a daemon or a short-lived CLI command.

#Common causes

• Another ara serve, ara mcp or offline command is already serving or editing the project.

#Fixes

• Use normal CLI or MCP commands to connect to the existing daemon, or wait for the other offline command to finish.

• To replace the daemon, have a human session call daemon.shutdown and wait for it to release the lock before starting ara serve; deleting the lock file is not a substitute for stopping its owner.
