Project discovery found no ara.project.json in the selected directory or its ancestors. The project-dependent command cannot run and no project is implicitly created.

#Common causes

• The command was launched outside a project or with the wrong --root.
• The project marker is missing.

#Fixes

• Run the command inside the intended project, or pass ara --root <project-dir>.

• For a new project, run ara init <dir> using the diagnostic's suggested command; restore an accidentally deleted marker for an existing project.
