Invalid pagination cursor

The pagination cursor cannot be decoded as the host's c-prefixed numeric offset. The listing request fails. This check detects malformed cursors, but does not detect a valid cursor reused with another query.

#Common causes

• A cursor was truncated, edited or copied from another API's format.

#Fixes

• Restart the listing without cursor, then pass back the exact cursor returned by that method.

• Keep the same query and filters while paging so the offset continues to refer to the intended result set.
