Project token rejected

The HTTP or WebSocket connection did not present the current project token. The server refuses it with HTTP 401 before dispatching the engine request.

#Common causes

• A missing or incorrect bearer token.
• A client reused a token from another project or an earlier token file.

#Fixes

• Read the local project's .ara/token and authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <token> on the connection; keep the token out of logs and source control.

• Use ara mcp or the Ara CLI to connect through the project's daemon discovery instead of constructing authentication manually.
