Unknown capability scope

A requested scope is not in the protocol's scope vocabulary. Session creation fails before any approval decision or new session is recorded.

#Common causes

• A typo such as edit:scen, or a scope name not supported by this engine.

#Fixes

• Read rpc.discover's scopes list and retry session.begin with supported names such as read and edit:scene.

• Use the spelling suggestion in the diagnostic; omitting scopes requests the approval policy's defaults.
