Wrong registry entry kind

jobs.start found the named registry entry, but it is not a job. No job is started.

#Common causes

• A command or query name was passed as the job parameter.

#Fixes

• Use ara_apply / cmd.apply for a command, as directed by the diagnostic.

• List actual jobs with ara_schema using action: "list" and kind: "job", then pass one of those names to ara_jobs with action: "start".
