Undefined batch symbol

An entity parameter uses a $symbol that no earlier command in this batch has bound. The batch is rejected atomically.

#Common causes

• A reference appears before its creating command.
• A symbol is misspelled or was defined in a different batch.

#Fixes

• Put entity.create or prefab.instantiate first with id: "$crate" or as: "crate", then reference $crate in later commands of the same ara_apply batch.

• Across batches, use the concrete ID returned by the successful creation rather than its temporary symbol.
