Required capability missing

The session lacks the scope required by a method or command. The request is rejected before that operation runs. daemon.shutdown additionally requires a human session.

#Common causes

• The scope was not requested or was refused by the approval policy.
• An agent session attempted to stop the daemon.

#Fixes

• Inspect session.status, then request the needed scope through session.begin under the project's approval policy and use the newly granted session handle.

• If policy denies the scope, have an authorized operator approve or perform the operation; a human should use their own session for daemon.shutdown.
