Invalid operation parameters

Parameters cannot be decoded or violate an operation's rules. The request is rejected rather than applied with guessed values. This code also reports invalid command examples, module metadata and some service configuration failures; the message identifies the affected input.

#Common causes

• Missing or incompatible command arguments, malformed CLI --args, or an unsupported MCP action.
• Invalid batch as usage, a review request with no target, or reparenting an entity inside a prefab instead of its instance.
• A command implementation's example, output or script descriptor cannot be serialized or decoded.

#Fixes

• Inspect the method or command with ara_schema or MCP tools/list, then supply its documented parameter object and action.

• For shell quoting problems, use ara do <command> --args @file.json or -p key=value; for batches, pass {commands: [{cmd, args}], why, doc}.

• If the error names implementation metadata rather than caller input, correct the registered command example, descriptor or result type before retrying.
