Removed prefab target missing

An instance's removed list names an entity or component that is not present when removals are applied. Nothing is removed for that entry, and validation reports an error.

#Common causes

• The source prefab already deleted the target.
• A duplicate removal, or removal of an ancestor first, made the later target absent.
• The removal entry contains the wrong entity address or component name.

#Fixes

• Run ara check --fix <file> to apply the offered replacement removed list without the obsolete entry.

• Inspect the resolved instance with ara inspect before issuing a new entity.delete or component.remove command against it.
