Invalid override key

An override key has an invalid field-path syntax or tries to override a field other than name or component data. The override is skipped and the document has an error.

#Common causes

• An override targets parent, order or another unsupported record field.
• The field-path portion after the final / is malformed.

#Fixes

• Use ara check --fix <file> to remove the invalid override, then recreate the intended change through prefab.override.set.

• Use entity.reparent on the instance for hierarchy changes; use ara schema <Type> for valid component field paths.
