Prefab not loaded

The referenced prefab is not available in the document workspace. Instance expansion omits that instance's content, or prefab.instantiate rejects the command before creating a record.

#Common causes

• The prefab file is missing or failed to load.
• Expansion received a reference without a resolvable loaded prefab ID.

#Fixes

• Restore the prefab and run ara check <prefab-file> to resolve its load errors.

• Use ara fmt <scene-file> to complete or repair its reference, then retry prefab.instantiate with a loaded prefab.
