Invalid prefab root count

A document kind requiring one root has zero or multiple root records. Prefab validation fails; expansion cannot produce an instance when the prefab has no root.

#Common causes

• A prefab's root was deleted, or several entities were left without parents.
• Broken parent relationships leave no usable root.

#Fixes

• Choose one root and use entity.reparent to put the other top-level records beneath it, or restore the missing root.

• Run ara check <prefab-file> after repairing the hierarchy.
