Agent worker failed

The ara_run worker could not start, become ready, stay connected or exchange valid protocol messages with its supervisor. The run fails; completed sink calls are not automatically undone by a worker transport failure.

#Common causes

• The worker exits unexpectedly, never reports readiness or sends malformed protocol JSON.
• Worker artifacts or runtime dependencies are unavailable, or the worker has no supervisor connection.

#Fixes

• Restore matching worker artifacts and the required .NET runtime, then restart or replace the worker through its supervisor.

• Fix the protocol or connection error named in the message and inspect prior command outcomes before retrying.
