Module load or registration failed

A module image could not be loaded or prepared, or its registration failed. The replacement is rejected and the last good code keeps running. A module with no prior good generation remains unavailable.

#Common causes

• Missing or incompatible assembly artifacts or a failure in module preparation.
• A shipping manifest/image is missing, its image path escapes the export, or its linked module inventory differs from the image.
• The generated registration entry point throws, or a module descriptor cannot be registered.

#Fixes

• Fix the load or registration error named in the message and regenerate or rebuild the affected module artifacts.

• Ensure the module and its dependencies match the running engine and inspect accompanying schema or layout diagnostics.

• Restore the export's complete game/ directory or export again; shipping images do not load source folders or the development compiler.
