Unsupported schema representation
The generator cannot represent a declaration as a valid, uniquely named plain-data schema type. This code also covers invalid schema names and conflicting definitions. Compilation fails; the last good module keeps running.
Common causes
- A component contains reference types or a field has no supported blittable schema representation.
- An enum does not use an
intoruintbase with values0, 1, 2, ...in declaration order. - A schema name is not PascalCase letters and digits, or two different definitions use the same schema name.
- Nested value structs exceed the generator's supported nesting depth.
Fixes
Use supported numeric types,
bool, vectors,Quaternion,Color,Entity, enums or structs composed of supported fields; remove managed references from ECS data.Give enums contiguous zero-based values and an
intoruintunderlying type.Give each schema type a unique PascalCase name without namespace dots, and flatten excessively nested structures.
