Doctor did not find ARA_WIN_SIGN. Authenticode is an optional external post-export step; setting this variable does not make the exporter sign binaries or validate a signing identity.

• No external signing setup has been indicated through ARA_WIN_SIGN.

#Fixes

• When signing is required, configure the certificate and run signtool sign /a /fd SHA256 dist/windows/ara-player.exe against the actual exported executable.

• Set ARA_WIN_SIGN only as the doctor setup indicator; verify signing in your external signing process.
