Windows Rust target missing

Doctor did not find the Windows x64 MSVC Rust target. This warns about template/native plugin development; prebuilt-template exports without plugins do not need to compile Rust.

Common causes

  • x86_64-pc-windows-msvc is absent from rustup target list --installed.

Fixes

  • Run rustup target add x86_64-pc-windows-msvc for the active toolchain.
