Windows NativeAOT cache missing

Doctor did not find runtime.win-x64.microsoft.dotnet.ilcompiler in the NuGet package cache. This is a warning: publishing can restore the compiler package if package sources are reachable.

#Common causes

• The Windows NativeAOT package has not been restored into NUGET_PACKAGES or the default user .nuget/packages directory.

#Fixes

• Run dotnet restore <script-project> --runtime win-x64 with the project's NativeAOT settings and working package sources.

• Check NUGET_PACKAGES if the compiler is cached under another directory.
