Required template pin missing

A non-Apple preset does not have one runtime template pin for every required architecture. Export is blocked before compilation.

#Common causes

• The Windows/Linux x64 pin is missing, or one of Android's two ABI pins is absent.

#Fixes

• Add an x64 pin for Windows/Linux, or both arm64-v8a and x86_64 pins for Android; generate each with ara-export pin.
