A subprocess exceeded its operation deadline and was killed; the operation fails. Tool probes allow 10 seconds, script and native compilation 300 seconds, and Android packaging commands 180 seconds.

#Common causes

• The tool stalled, waited for unavailable resources or exceeded the allotted time on this machine.

#Fixes

• Inspect the diagnostic's log and program; resolve blocked downloads, tool configuration or resource contention before retrying.

• If a healthy operation consistently needs longer, adjust its specific tools::run timeout in the exporter.
