Signing certificate reference unavailable

The environment variable selected by windowsSigning.certificateEnv is unset or is not a 40-digit hexadecimal SHA1 certificate thumbprint. The certificate reference is checked without logging its value.

• The export environment does not define the configured variable.
• Its value is a certificate path, another identifier or an invalid thumbprint.

#Fixes

• Set the named variable to the SHA1 thumbprint of the intended signing certificate in the Windows certificate store.

• Ensure the signing account can access that certificate and its private key, then retry signing.
