Authenticode signing tool unavailable

Doctor could not find the optional signtool executable, or a requested signing operation cannot proceed without it. Unsigned portable builds and installers remain supported.

#Common causes

• Windows SDK signing tools are not installed or discoverable.
• ARA_SIGNTOOL points to an unavailable executable.

#Fixes

• Install the optional Windows SDK signing tools and set ARA_SIGNTOOL to bin/<version>/x64/signtool.exe, or expose the tool on PATH.

• Run doctor again; omit signing configuration if an unsigned package is intended.
