.NET 10 SDK unavailable

Doctor could not confirm a .NET 10 SDK with dotnet --version. This required prerequisite check fails; C# publishing needs the SDK.

#Common causes

• dotnet is missing from PATH, or the selected SDK has a major version other than 10.

#Fixes

• On Windows, run winget install Microsoft.DotNet.SDK.10; ensure dotnet --version selects 10.x.

• Run ara-export doctor --platform <platform> again from the export environment.
