Pack filesystem operation failed

A filesystem operation used to build, open or map a content pack failed. The underlying I/O error explains why the pack is unavailable.

• An input or pack file is missing, unreadable, locked or on a failing/full filesystem.

#Fixes

• Restore the named file or correct its permissions and available storage, then retry the pack operation.
