Linux ReadyToRun cache missing

Doctor did not find microsoft.netcore.app.runtime.linux-x64 in the NuGet cache. This optional warning indicates that the ReadyToRun lane may need to download its bundled runtime.

Common causes

  • The Linux x64 runtime has not been restored into the selected package cache.

Fixes

  • Run dotnet restore <script-project> --runtime linux-x64 with working package sources; check NUGET_PACKAGES if the cache lives elsewhere.
