glibc requirement exceeds baseline

An exported ELF image contains a numeric GLIBC_* requirement above 2.31. The static audit rejects the export because it exceeds the pinned Linux compatibility baseline.

#Common causes

• A runtime template, script library, plugin or bundled runtime was linked against a newer host glibc.

#Fixes

• Rebuild the named native image with Zig 0.17.0 through ara-zigcc, targeting x86_64-linux-gnu.2.31; replace incompatible bundled binaries.

• For Rust Linux builds, set CARGO_TARGET_X86_64_UNKNOWN_LINUX_GNU_LINKER to ara-zigcc and ARA_ZIG to the pinned Zig executable.
