Invalid crash artifact

The local symbolizer could not read the supplied minidump or rejected an unsupported report or malformed managed crash record. Symbolization cannot produce reliable evidence from an invalid artifact.

#Common causes

• A minidump is truncated, corrupt or is not a minidump.
• A JSON report uses an unknown format, or a managed record has invalid magic, oversized fields or trailing bytes.

#Fixes

• Use the original complete .dmp, .crash.json or .managed file produced by capture, retaining any paired dump and sidecar together.

• Retry symbolization with the local symbol store from the same build; if capture was interrupted, reproduce the crash to obtain a complete artifact.
