Crash upload unavailable or failed

A consented upload has an invalid artifact or the HTTPS transfer failed. Doctor also uses this code when checking the optional curl tool for a configured endpoint; export-host availability does not establish availability on a player's machine.

#Common causes

• The artifact is not a regular file or exceeds the 128 MiB upload limit.
• curl is unavailable, or the receiver, TLS connection or 30-second transfer failed.

#Fixes

• Select the complete local crash artifact within the upload limit and inspect the transfer error.

• Provide curl on hosts offering the optional upload action and check the HTTPS receiver; retry only with the player's consent.
