Doctor platform conflicts with preset

Doctor received both a preset and a different --platform. It rejects the request instead of checking prerequisites for the wrong platform.

• The preset's platform and the CLI --platform value differ.

#Fixes

• Omit --platform when using ara-export doctor --preset <preset> --project <project>, or set it to the preset's platform.
