Invalid bridge server configuration

The dev bridge refuses to start unless its bind address is loopback and its token contains at least 32 bytes. No server is started.

• The caller requested a non-loopback address or supplied a shorter token.

#Fixes

• Configure Server::start with 127.0.0.1 or ::1 and a private token of at least 32 bytes; use an adb forward for device access.
