AppImage runtime has the wrong format

The pinned runtime is not an x86_64 ELF image with the type-2 AppImage marker. Packaging stops before appending the SquashFS payload.

• The downloaded runtime targets another architecture, uses another AppImage format, or is not a runtime executable.

• Replace it with an x86_64 type-2 runtime and regenerate its artifact pin.
