Invalid Android API settings

Android preset validation requires minApi >= 29, targetApi >= 36, targetApi >= minApi and versionCode > 0. Export is blocked if any condition fails.

#Common causes

• An API level is too low, the target is below the minimum, or the version code is zero.

#Fixes

• Set minApi to at least 29, targetApi to at least 36 and no lower than minApi, and versionCode to a positive integer.

• Install the matching SDK platform and validate the preset with ara-export preset-fmt <preset>.
