Android device verification unavailable

No authorized Android device is available or selected. Doctor and a static-only export report a warning; an export that explicitly selected a disconnected or unauthorized serial fails device verification.

#Common causes

• --device was omitted, or adb devices -l does not show the selected serial in state device.

#Fixes

• Connect and authorize the device, check adb devices -l, and export with --device <serial>.

• For an already running emulator, also pass --allow-emulator; the exporter never starts one automatically.
